Default Street turbos- lets see some nasty dynos!

Hands down the 2JZGTE is probably the greastest stock engine ever built! I want to see the nastiest street dyno charts and turbo set-ups! who has the most torque at the lowest rpm? who has a broad power band that goes from 3200 to 7500 RPM? I am building a daily driven street SC300 and i want some tips and advice on how to get some low RPM torque and power. If I have seen a nissan KA34DE make 375 FTLBs at 3500 RPM, I want to see a 2JZGTE do the same, but i havent seen many dyno charts that have these kinds of numbers. my ultimate opinion for a street set-up (other than cost) is a 3.4 stroker, mated with a T67 turbo. Or since Sound Performance swears by it, an SP Spool valve with a Garrett GTx3582R turbo. if these valves work please, let me know lol.

The quick spool valve is the real deal for low end power. This video is linked somewhere else on here but here you go.

damn.. thats serious but is it just me or does that quick spool valve really seems to matter when you have a huge turbo (70mm+) or is it something you want to have on any size turbo?

I am doing this exact build soon with an na-t and cant wait. But as far as the quick spool valve no after riding in that car and seeing how diff it feels with the valve open and when its working like it should is amazing. The power comes on so much faster and you have a way bigger rev band. And yes it would help spool a big turbo faster but it works great on smaller turbos as well.

Another option for spool lag could be twin charged. There's a kit for the 2J that i've seen before, but I can't seem to find it.

You can get plenty of usable, daily-driver type power by simply using a more sanely-sized turbo. My brother's Supra had an SP57 and it wasn't setting dyno records (~505 whp at 19 psi on pump) but all of its power was available at normal rpms. It trapped over 120 mph so it was no slouch up top either. Versus other Supras with 200+ more whp, the big power cars had no chance at the punch; they took several seconds to get into power and finally start gaining against the small turbo car. That's an eternity when the other guy is at WOT and you're waiting.

I guess it all depends on if you want to drive it and enjoy or to use it to impress other people. The sky's the limit on max power but you can always think a little smaller for something that's blast to drive and easy to keep in a straight line when boost comes on.

yea but then again why have 2 turbos do the job of 1 with a quick spool valve??
you go ahead and do the math of buying 2 of everything vs. the math of 1 spool valve..

i think, well i hope, wat he meant was super charge and turbo at once... hence twin charge... i did this on a saturn ion redline sh* T was out of hand....im concidering doing this to my 400 next couple of months... ill let u guys know and post specs if this turns out to be a custom option for me. it definitely gets rid of any lag problems u may have!
