Does anyone know of any good aftermarket muffler that will fit a 98 SC3? Thanks.

There are a few ways you can go about it...you can get a pre-made system like the GReddy or you can go with a custom setup (like what I'm doing for my SC400)...

"good" is too general of a term..."good" for what? Extra power, sound, looks?

not too concerned with power, more along the lines of a decent sound and aggressive looks. Wow, I sound like a ricer don't I

whats a good system for getting a mustang-like sound? borla? greddy? or would a custom job be needed for the low rumble that stangs get? would i need to just change out the mufflers and eliminate the resonators or would i need to do a full piping job too?

If you have an SC300, forget about it. V8s have a very distinctive growl that not even V6s can emulate. As for the Mustang sound, the famous 5.0 growl is created with no mufflers at all, just a straight pipe. Some of the 4.6s use mufflers and some do not. The 4.6 has a much larger variation in sound characteristics because now you have Saleen, Rousch, and SVT playing around with the motors and exhaust.
