how to check bad fuel ecu??

Default how to check bad fuel ecu??

how would i check and see if its a bad fuel ecu the car starts runs but ideals low and car shakes it just started to act up i havent driven it lately? and i could smell gas as if its running rich or so ??

You can bypass the fuel ECU by placing a jumper wire between ports B+ and FP at the diagnostic port under the hood. The labels for the ports are located on the underside of the cover.

it could be your coils if your running rich. Fuel pump ecu more than likely would be a no start or lean issue.
