I am looking for a lip for my 97 and all the old school people are not selling them anymore and nothing currently avl comes up with my searches either so am I missing something here or are there really no lip kits avl anymore?
I do not wan't to change my front bumper either as I did find a place in Cali that offered those but I hate aftermarket parts fitment as far as body panels go.

Here is a link to the Big Win front lip: http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=3040

The 92-94 SC400 lip is also a great alternative. It looks good too. I guess a good quality Home Depot lip could work too since they look similar.
Do you have any pics?

Still need money for the mold. Im trying to get a couple people to pitch in still. Its going to be done at a body shop and you can choose between carbon fiber or fiberglass. or both
Mine will be a 100% Carbon fiber and if you know CF it means $$ but not as much as a bigwin tho.
