dont think so. if you mean screwing to the stock fender location? no. the antenna wire plugs into the base of the motor. you can use an aftermarket but getting it in the fender would require custom work. as said before why not just replace the mast? if you want aftermarket gonna cost a lot more. you have to pay for the antenna then you will need an antenna wire extension to get to where you want to mount it. pluse your gonna need to shave the stock mounting hole to get a clean look. the time to go aftermarket is when you paint the car.
I bought a short one from autozone/discount auto etc. and shaved the base down a little to fit into the stock antenna mount and used some epoxy from the under-side to seal it from the rain... worked just fine for the past 2 years now and cost maybe $20
