Question Racing seats- comfort?

How do different racing seats compare to the stock seats in comfort? I'd like to get some more supportive seats that are still comfortable. Looking into the Sparco's, etc. Hate to lose the memory, heated leather, etc, though..

Default Comfort

Racing seats provide support in leu of comfort.

The sport seats that you can get in the Porsche 996 represent the best compromise I have seen.

From the ones Ive sat in, they feel stiffer but at the same time are more adjusted to your body, so...give or take... Ive always wondered what Sparco Torinos would look like in our cars...

They are stiff.
If yoo are worried about the 'feel' then Supra seats may be a better 'middle ground'.

I had a set of Torinos in my last car(daily driver) and they were great. The torinos are a night and day difference then the Supra seats. I would pass on the Supra seats as they have almost no side bolstering.

The only thing you might want to remember though, as many members reminded me of, the Lexus has class, putting racing seats in only creates a ricer perspective....

'Members' didnt pay for my car or these seats, so i dont think 'they' should tell me how to ride

Thats cooh tho...I like being different

They make seats in leather not sure what they go for($).
Mine(the ones pictured above) are Leather, powered and heated
and the memory works for the drivers side. But only one setting is working at this time for sum reason

1249 Retail....

The most advanced adjustable sport seats ever manufactured by Sparco. Anatomic, extremely comfortable and in a refined and modern design. Back rest can be reclined to the millimeter, but features the exclusive QTS Technology (quick tilt system) technology for rapid return to the upright position. It also features a revolutionary contoured injection molded memory foam. Touring car inspired g-force absorbing side bolsters. Perforated abrasion resistant inserts, and a micro-fine recline mechanism. This seat also features a lumbar adjustment system to ensure proper ergonomics and ultimate comfort while driving at all times.

No other seat in the world offers the comfort and performance of the Milano.

I think that putting racing seats in your SC is great. But only if you have other mods that work with it. Maybe a bodykit or a 97-00 kit along with nice wheels.

Also, a nice engine to put those chairs to the test. Anyone here have Milano's? I'm looking into find a nice set of those for the TT.

Emerald...I've always loved those seats! Beautifully done!

A friend I know sells racing seats....Im 95% Sparcos. He sells them pretty cheap too, I think he said he was barely selling them over cost just in order to establish a good customer base. If you are interested, email me at mjr52521280@aol.com and I can contact him and see whats up. I know he lives in Illinois during summer but is in Santa Barbara for school now (UCSB).
