My 1jz engine jumps from idle from 3k to 2k constantly when idling. Anyone have any ideas what this could be. Someone said it could be the ISCV or something??

Idle Air Control Valve
Remove it, and spray it out with brakecleen or electronic spray cleaner, then maybe hit it with some wd-40 to see if it might help the vlave open/close easier.
If that doesn't work its probably trashed.
It's the piece bolted to the rear of the intake manifold that has 1 big hose and a couple small ones.
