Default Tail light fuse blows

My tail light decideto stop working last night out the blue. I changed the bulbs since they were blown. No cigar. Changed the fuse but every attempt at turning on lights it blows. Every other lights work except taillights. Need you guys helps please. Where do I start to look for problems? Thanks

you prolly have a wrong bulb in the wrong socket somewhere. what year is it?

are you using the proper bulb? if so and it is still blowing you have a short to power somewhere. which side is blowing out on you? you need to trace the wire to find it. easiest way is to follow the wires from the tail light towards the front of the car.

let me know i think i might have the wiring diagram on my other computer

possible melted socket too. i have seen sockets melt and short out.

I uses to work at a parts store and some of te people I worked with couldn't fix a sandwich let alone look up parts lol.take a look at the bulb and socket if it doesn't look burnt Stargell owing the wires looking for any places where it has rubbed thru

Does the fuse blow right when you put a new one in? If so you most likely have a short

It blows right when I switch the lights on..I will be switching out the bulbs to see if it helps..I hate anything to do with wiring...

you've got a short. check your wiring, it might be pinched somewhere and grounding causing the fuse to blow.
