Selling SC: return to stock?

Selling SC: return to stock?
I'm going to be selling my SC soon, and was wondering what typically sells better, a car appearing stock or slightly modified?
I thought about putting stock suspension and wheels back on the car. Then selling the suspension (kyb and tein), and wheels separately. Besides that it just has a Pioneer deck/ ipod adapter and a mild sounding exhaust system which would stay with the car.
I was just curious if anyone here had any experience selling their Sc
Thanks!
Oh and I won't be going far... I plan on getting a GS

It is always better to return to stock as there is a finite number of end users who want a modifed SC. Selling to a younger person or someone on here - then I'd leave it modded. Otherwise the general population would much prefer stock.
As for the exhaust - if it is loud then that will hurt possible sales. A 50-year old does not want to be heard coming from 2 blocks away. And that's speaking from experience, at last count I have owned/sold 16 SC's...

No AC in Washington is a lot different than no AC in hotter climes!
I wish my 92 was as clean as yours and I'm already into it for $2k. It'll be mediocre at best but I don't plan to sell it. It's future is a daily driver with no payment attached.

my 93 sc300 completely stock with 140,000 miles as 2700 (the guy was asking for 3000) you could easily get 4000for it, maybe even more. try posting it on craigslist at 5000 and see what happens. if no one contacts you for like 2 weeks try 4500.
