Default SC400 MAF sensor help

The car was running flawless until few days ago I took it out and clean it with CRC MAF cleaner. and yes, I killed it. It idle ok but when i was driving and release the gas pedal, it will drop of power and make clunk noise. almost feel like misfire.... and than i Just remember that saw that warning on bottle about using the clean on supra and lexus. too late!

so i brought another MAF sensor from ebay, drop in today. Idle ok and drove fine.....but after 20 minutes of driving, the engine starts keep dropping rpm while i am stop for every 10 second, almost stall few times. until i let it actual stall and restart again, it did not show the significant rpm drop behavior but the rpm fluctuate up and down about 100 rpm when i am stop. I already tried few more time and now it just goes up and down 100 rpm while idling

Is my MAF sensor faulty? or is it something else? the car has 138k miles, 92.

Thanks

How much did you get your MAF for, b/c my SC400 is doing pretty much the same thing and I just got a call from the shop saying I need a new EGR valve and MAF. They quoted me like $1900. Un ************ real.

@Sexcoupe: I am not aware of replacing sensor requires reset ecu?

@canman44: i got my MAF sensor for $60. you should replace the MAF sensor first and clear the code.... your EGR code could be related to the MAF malfunction.
