Most people would feel accomplished that they found the car they want. Or temporary happiness lol. But car fanatics are like this is awesome! then they start modding it and such. I'm sure you felt super awesome when urs came with a 2jz-gte.. I would! Post pics of your car man.

My first feeling was of pure excitment when I bought my 92 sc300 because it was my first purchase on my own, it was and orignal 5-speed and going to be my first project car (2jz-gte 6speed)...
After about a month and a half of having the car it has become just pure agony and heart-ache (for my wallet)...mainly because of the restoration process, bc the previous owers lacked on the maintaince, poor sc
But Im am still excited and cant wait to get the restoration process over and the Mod process going

When I spend $2k annually just to keep it on the road, I get a little pissed. But I guess I could be spending $4,800 in car payments for a new IS or something. I really like my car, but I know it needs some work to keep me happy. Maybe in two years time I will have done a suspension overhaul and gone NA-T so I'm just looking forward to it.

I thought it was kind of a cool car even though it was in kind of a bad condition. I guess I envied my brother for having an extremely good condition GS430 and he was all finished on his JP kit with Scaras on air. Although I've had a good vision on what I want my car to look like in the future, but I guess my car can't look cool yet
