Default SC400 - New Suspension in 1999?

I was told by a '99 owner that the SC400s got new suspension in '99. I've tried doing searches to confirm this, but no luck, and I didn't see it listed in the yearly changes for the SC. Does anyone know?

I didn't think they changed the suspension on the SC, but I could be wrong. This is the first time I've ever heard this.

If the suspension isn't good enough for ya, you can always upgrade.

It's a pretty damn good set up in stock form so really no need to mess with perfection as these cars were way ahead of their time to begin with.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions everyone! I'm guessing this person was mistaken... I have been in a '97 and a '99. The ride felt great in both, so who knows... was definitely curious about this.

I've had a '95 and now a '99. The ride in the '99 definately feels better, but that could be for a variety of reasons as this one is in alot better shape. Less mileage, good condition bushings, etc etc..

My immediate response was that it was different, but I don't know for sure either..

they only thing I could find was about the bushing design

1997-2000 SC300 and SC400 - Improved front lower control arm bushing design, but eventually suffers the same failure as the 1992-1996 models
