Exactly my point. It's always the guy with the stock car running their mouth. Go redo your interior and report how much it cost you. I had all my leather redone at a interior shop at dealer rates a few years back. It still was around $800 iirc. Steering wheel in mint condition was another $300 or so. Various panels bought new from Toyota were another few bucks here and there, mint climate control was another few bucks. That's already easily over $1000 and my interior was clean to begin with... since I detail on the side I know how to restore different materials to like new condition.
Now you are telling a guy that interior is a cheap fix. To a guy starting out with a POS interior like ALOT of these SCs on the board, it will easily cost at least $1500-$2000 to have a restored and fresh interior considering they buy everything on discount with little to no markup. That is not cheap. Guys do 1JZ swaps for that.

I have nothing to show for my mouth... like i said sc game for less then 3 months... once i do my interior for 500 bucks and post pics of the receipt and my interior that will more then likely look better then urs then we will talk.
for now check this out full custom fiberglass interior... may not be ur style but if u want i can post pics of my room full of trophies and wall full with plaques from sema, hot import nights, lowrider, and much more... also ill scan the magazines the car has been in too if ud like...

I bought those headers from MVP a few years back. I ended up removing them and selling them after a week. YES, you can feel a bit more power, but it made the car sound like a 80's honda with an exhaust leak. It is an extremely bad sounding header and it has nothing to do with improper fit or installation. If you search around here and on Supraforums you will see very many accounts of people complaining about how terrible they sound. It seemed like around 2-3k rpm they were raspy as hell and not in a good way.

But it's a disgrace to the community when some guy says everyone here is being "ripped off" by dumping alot of money into their cars because in his opinion we spent more than he "thinks" he will spend.... especially when this guy drives a bone stock SC.
I could care less if you get your interior done for $25. Maybe your best friend owns an upholstery shop, maybe you are friends with a company that does interior restoration. Who cares? Just don't come in here being a smartass about it saying we overpaid.

No problem. Another thing I disliked about those headers is that the chrome finish after a week of easy driving completely faded and developed spots all over. I wish I had a camera back then so I could have filmed how they sound. All I remember is every time I drove my car, I was thinking to myself..."something doesn't sound right"..."a Lexus shouldn't sound like this".

You are absolutely right my friend. There are some seriously beautiful SCs on this forum. There are also a ton of half assed and plain ugly SCs. It doesn't matter.
But it's a disgrace to the community when some guy says everyone here is being "ripped off" by dumping alot of money into their cars because in his opinion we spent more than he "thinks" he will spend.... especially when this guy drives a bone stock SC.

ppl like u come on here to compare whos is bigger... whos is better... all my post have been incouraging to others and trying to help... just check all my post history... if u dont like what i got to say then be out... u dont know me! in one check i can have more done to this car then u have done to urs in the years uve owned it.
