The more grounds, the merrier. I had a 95 SC4 that was in ex. cond. with 120,000 miles on it when I bought it. It seemed like right after I bought it it dev. a hesitation. I did several things including a new H.D. ground cable and never seemed to get rid of it. My plan was that if the starter went out and I had to pull the intake, that I would then get the injectors flow cleaned. Now I have bought a 93 SC4 thats not been cared for as nice. and it has more power and no hesitation, 138,000 miles.

You really don't need to run your grounds directly off the battery. All you need is a 4 gauge from battery (-) to chassis. From there you can run an 8 gauge one from each head to chassis, block to chassis and transmission to chassis.

Has anyone snapped shots of the factory grounds and their locations. I would like to inspect them on mine as well. They may not be the problem, but I would like to eliminate, in my inexperience with electrical, I honestly don't even know where to start.

Thank you and any pics of locations would be very helpful. If there is a thread I apologize that I have not found it yet.

Thanks again,

Beat me to it. OP also be sure that your ground connections are free of paint/debris, otherwise they arent doing their job
