I have a strap on type, and it does not work without me having to take it off to open the trunk. The spoiler also is in contact with the support bar, hence me not using it. Its getting cold anyway.

I have one similar to Camshaft - Just a strap on style. Works great for SUV's, but like Cam stated, it straps your trunk closed if you have it mounted. Its not too bad, but I couldn't take my bikes on trips, only on day excursions to the bike trails sinceI only put it on to take the bikes out then remove it the same day. I'd have to say it wasn't worth the $60 I paid for it.

If your curious, I could let you borrow it to see if you wanna buy one. I live near University and Dean, pretty close to your shop. Hell, if you like it, I'll sell it to ya' cheap since we will be getting a hitch style rack for my wifes car. Let me know if you wanna try it out.

Well, it sounds cheesy, but it gives an excuse to take a buddys ride, and leave the honey back home to stay clean. I am always muddy after trips anyway, so the car gets less wear and tear on her.

Keith I might hit you up on that offer Give me a few weeks, I just ordered a sick bmx bike (raced for 5 years and decided it's time to get back into it). So once that clears my checking account I'll be set Got any pictures of your car? I've been seeing a ton of SC's around here lately.

So, Cam and Keith and their strap-ons?

Wes, hope that bike wasn't paid for with turbo money, I remember my FSX , couple of my friends were actually pretty good, for kicks we used to set up a quarter pipe and try to jump the canal under the Baldwin Bridge, we had to start strapping life preservers to the handlebars after we lost a couple bikes, I was always better at things with motors (had a Gunmetal Yamaha enduro bike, felt like I could jump an apartment bldg with it, hehe). Hard to decide which project to cut the cheques for, isn't it?

Well I was a big time rider back in the day, worked at a bike shop so I had the hookup. A friend of mine won a raffle for a "dream bike" so I designed the idea bike and the shop who sponsored it picked up the 2k bill Mosh Pro XL with carbon/ti/aluminum everything. The kid is in the marines now and strapped for cash so I picked it up for a little under 5 bills Gives me something to do. I only owe like 3k on my car now (funny because my rims wehre more than that ) so goal right now is to pay it off over the next few months and then start saving for the 2JZ-GTE. Should give some time for the shop to start clearing out as well (we're booked). I love the car though, it's got 95k miles on it now so I know it's got a lot more to go. Got a little brake issue with my supra brakes but that sholdn't take much

I might go with a roof rack, depends on how much I end up traveling.
