Oil Leaking from Valve cover?

how hard is it to change the valve cover gasket? now that i look at it..i think i have oil leaking from there AND the distributor o ring..

me and you both....in atlanta only 1 place has the o ring for the distributer,,the want 6.00 bucks for a o ring sigh.....
