Think its just you man. Lexus spent a ton of money making these doors as light as possible. U sure someone didnt buy a high ranking gangsters car? Maybe theyre bullet proof?

Are you sure your doors aren't sagging? Any type of the little bit of a bind and it will not close all the way. Check your hinges and see if there is any popping. Laslty pick up your door a little on the end that opens and see if it has any play in it, if so replace the hinges or lube it very well.. Remember that white lithium grease looks bad and dries out. Jmo.

Our doors are heavier than many others. I have an 2GS and a Previa, the doors are nowhere near as heavy as either my V8 nor turbo Soarer.

all my friends and family would have to close the door 2-3 times cuz they wouldn't push it hard enough lol.

i know the doors are heavy.. but you guys must have something wrong with yours.. i dont have to slam mine or anything.. just a little tap and they close flawlessly. (unless the seatbelt is stuck in the door. which it seems to do more and more often now a days)

Door is much easier to close if the cabin isn't completely sealed. Just crack the window open a little and you should notice a big difference. Still heavier to close than any car I can remember coming across.
