Default extending jdm auto harness

My question is I have a 5 speed sc and just received my 1jz vvti auto swap out of a soarer today. What do I have to do with the automatic trans part of the wire harness to make it work with my w58?

IDK for a VVTi harness. For mine the speed sensor plug fit on the harness, and i had to wire in my reverse lights off the auto harness (using this link, scroll down a bit http://mkiv.com/techarticles/auto_to...spd/index.html). All the extra plugs i simply tied up out of the way. this is all for a normal 1JZ, I don't know how different the VVTi harness is from a normal 1JZ harness
