ScShinobi's Dojo
Haven't posted on the forums for a while and i have documented my build since day one, mostly started the thread for personal documentation but I'm always open to someone's 2 cents. Don't hesitate to post your opinion/s and/or question/s . The thread will be updated according to interest from the community. Thanks for looking!
Went to a Subaru dealership to see a g35 coupe and a kouki DWP sc caught my eye. I told the salesman that I wanted to see the SC300 instead, immediately i found myself knowing more about the sc than he did. No its not a v6 its an inline 6 After realizing that it had many options offered from factory I asked my dad what he thought about the car and was told to wait. Once the waiting was done the sc was the purchase made(05/2008). I kept the car stock for most of the first two years but got bit by the mod bug hard last winter. I can dig up pictures from this period if anyone wants but I'm going to try and skim through the beginning stages without forgetting much.
I started out buying a compustar alarm with remote start and optional turbo timer with plans to eventually boost. To hold me over while I gathered my kit I installed a Cusco front JZA80 strut tower bar and a GS300 intake off ebay.
I proceeded to complete a tsx retrofit with an epic fail at de-lining the projector portion. Shortly after i scored some yellow projectors and retrofired them into my fog lights.
The oem spoiler did not grow on me so i purchased a veilside spoiler with poor results ending in a return and purchase of a cleaner lip spoiler.
scored ls400 brakes with rotors and pads off SF along with supra tt wheels locally to accommodate. Also found someone to 3m tint the window 15% all around.

RMS leakage. used a pocket screw driver and took 15-20 minutes wedging it out all the way around from the OUTSIDE. did not touch the crank. i did tap it to get it to pop out a bit but it is not recommended. flexplate to the side and all bolts + ring.

SKeeeeeeeeetttcchhhy \. i have had bf good brake lines for 2+ years and probably half that on a 5-speed( no problems on 5 speed).
Leaking puddle led me to look at line. I tore this to shred with my bare hands.....
2 more to clear and that dam lights off
