Limited amount of engines? The JZ family series was made until the mid 2000s. The youngest engine is around 6 to 7 years old. Plenty of vehicles from the late 90s or early 00s are starting to hit the scrappers today. They are replacing the early and mid 90s engines that were soo common 3 or 6 years ago. Assuming you are willing to buy a newer VVT-i spec engine there is no supply of engine issue.
