Default question about cut wire on 1jz vvti

aight guys, my swap was almost a full harness till i noticed a few spots where its cut. the alternator wires are cut, now does the body haness connect to the alternator or is it the engine harness? next theres 2 wire that go towards the coils, but hangs out towards the alternator? green and a yellow wire? Then behind the intake manifold connected with the wires that go towards the diag port theres about 8 wires cut? is that where the fuse box went? heres the pics of the wires behind the intake mani, please let me know what this is, im in the process of extending the harness now, and yes this is out of a 96-99 soarer, looked up the ecu numbers and came up for 96-99 soarer.

No it looks like the fuse box wires , just traces them and use the ones on your original stock harness. If you gonna do it yourself you will need a schematic and rewire it back up.
I can tell you exactly what's cut if you lay the harness down and take some pics.

Some cars have the alternator through the body harness while others through the engine. Wire the new engine in the same configuration as the old one.

You sure? That looks like there are more than 8 wires, and the shielded one that is the igf or whatever. Check the wire colors to you coils and see if 6 of them match up. What fuse box does the engine harness run too?

I'm probably wrong, but I have the factory 96 sc electrical guide, 95 supra tt, and the AEM. I used a members thread..waaganstyle, or something close to it. There was a great spreadsheet he had written up. I can scan them if you want them.

fuse box by the battery there are 2 black connectors with about 8 wires total, those thick black on red wires in that picture are the ones .
He should have 10 wires for his ignitor, some of those wires in that pic are to thick to fit on his ignitor pin.

But why would the wires be cut? Do they not plug into the bottom of the fuse box?
