i guess im just being sour to the wheels because of the front tire size...im gonna take all day tomorrow and work on the SC300 and post up alot of pics.

yea i spend 500 on the purchase of the wheels, and 400 to refinish them and bought center caps for 38 on ebay. So yea just shy of 1000 on TT wheels.

just get a 1" spacer for the front or fatter tires..maybe both

Absolutely not. I've been driving on my TT rims for over a year. They fit as if they could have been factory optioned. The fronts do move inboard *slightly* but there is not problem with offset from them. Spacers could be used to adjust that but it is not necessary unless they bother you visually.

Coming from the older muscle car world and a love for cars like the De Tomaso Mangusta, Pantera and Lambo Espada I rather like the inboard look.

After buying my car I initially changed over just to the TT wheels and BFGoodrich T/A KDW's. This was with blown shocks on OEM springs and OEM sway bars. The suspension still needed attention but handling and stability improved by a lot. The car just felt better to drive faster.

Any decent set of 17's with a width of 8-9.5" should do the same, providing the offset is similar to the TT's. They'll also let you run much needed LS400/TT front brakes.

1k in a set of supra tts? damn thats alot. But i dont about your style preference but 225 is way small on the front try a 245.

For 1k you coulda go some decent rims like adr-m sports of something of that nature

Yes, they are most likely to be from an NA MKIV Supra. The Supra TT only came with the 17" wheels.
