Guy just wanted it out of his driveway. He was paying a local shop in portmouth, VA (thanks turbo Dave) to do the hg on it and got it 20 miles away and broke water pump and burnt coils. He just wanted it gone after shop messed it up. I feel really bad for the last owner.
What shop was it? Im from the 757, surprised I've never seen this car around.
Can't put the shop name but downtown Portsmouth but I can say The name of the guy I hold responsible. His name is turbo Dave and he is a shady **** bag *******. He wouldn't take blame for what happened and what happened was water pump broke off and put clutch fan in the radiator and overheated in which melted the coils. Now this happened within driving less than 20 miles after Dave replaced the head gasket. And he is blaming the old owner and yes I have talked to Dave myself so I know it to be true. The last owner was a very honest upstanding guy so I feel so bad.

Yeah, this is sad...what ever happened to your "word"? There use to be a time when you took pride in your work, and if you messed it up-you would fix it...why? Because it's the right thing to do, and your "word" will take you far. There's too many shady folks now a days...trying to get a quick buck, and unfortunately our cars suffer at times. We've got to get back to these days! Good luck bro, we know you're going to keep the VISION alive! LOL
