Nice looking cars sir. Great color combo on the SC

Is it normal for a soldier to put the tip of their rifle in the dirt like that?

Generally no. Its good practice to know where your muzzle end is at all times and have positive control of it. We do use muzzle caps though which are plastic caps that keep any foreign material from entering the barrel. If you need to fire your weapon, they get blown off from the gas leaving the barrel. Also, the soldiers beside me are Afghan and are newly trained so they dont have the same standards of training or discipline as we have. A few times when going on a 10 hour patrol through the city, we would make it an hour into the patrol until the Afghan soldeirs would complain about the temperature and drank all their water, so we would take them back so that they didnt get us killed. A few of the Afghan's were taking cell phone calls while on patrol to talk to their friends haha. Another time my friend Mike was out doing a security sweep of our perimiter at 3am and got shot at by an Aghan soldier that though he was Taliban trying to sneak into our house.. What a **** show that was lol

Heres a video i made if anyone gets bored. This is from our tour. Worked with alot of US soldiers, it was cool to fight side by side.

Wow, really nice find, congrats on your purchase. I just got a 97 5spd a few weeks ago-- I'm in BC as well.

'I'm super jealous of your black interior though haha. Looks like you're already off to a great start, and the base car wasn't bad to begin with. Maybe I'll see you driving around at some point.

I'd have left the Oz Superleggera -esque wheels on there. The SC and those wheels were designed in the same frame of mind.

oh man those wheels are sexxxxxxxxxxxxy!! Nice to see a fellow Canuck on here Looking forward to your build! 97+ black on black is a great start.. not to mention a pretty 2jzgte tucked underneath. Very clean, Did you decide to stick with the 92 tails?
