climate control wont turn on after audio install

i just had a shop install my double din radio, and i didnt notice right away but the climate control doesnt turn on. i checked all the plugs and theyre all solid. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Double check all the fuses?

^ those were my first 2 guesses. If not, dont spend any more of your time on it and just take it back to the shop.

I had something similar happen - my climate control's backlighting doesn't work, but it functions fine. This happened after I installed my head unit too. I'm not really sure what the problem is.
