Ok I've been driving my 1j swapped sc for 3 months now and found out that my heater never worked. I didn't check it when I bought the car, I was a little surprise to see that the ac worked lol.
But now its getting cold down here in GA. I know the heater core is somewhere behind the dash but thats all I know. I've never had or found a car that didn't have working heat. Where do I start? and how about to I get to the heater core.
any tips and help would be awesome, thanks
ISSUES FIXED, well temporary
Zip tied my heater valve pin to keep the heater valve open. If you reach behind the heater valve you will feel a pin. Just tie a zip tie to keep it open

^someones in need of some windows. but really, i believe the heater valve cloging/ not working is a fairly common issue. and seeing as how you are swapped it may be more prone to giving out on you. its a red hose( at lest it is in my car) and it is very close to the fire wall. let us know how this goes, hope this helps.
