Drive shaft vib?

I was under my car replacing my rear rotors and noticed that the rubber piece between the drive shaft and Trans & the drive shaft and differential was cracked. has anyone had this before and if so were did you get the parts from?

Not sure if i had the same thing. I had a light noise/vibration at 25mph. The independent shop replaced what they called the drive shaft supporter. It was somewhere $250 including labor.
