Default Low brake fluid, Trac light on, will cause Limp mode?

I know i need to replace a brake line and will soon. But i never drove the car but to move it and didn't catch that the brake line was blown out and no fluid in the system. Will the sc400 go into limp mode when the brake fluid is so low it affects the Trac system?

your description of the car is not very clear, but i dont think your no brake fluid issue, and TRAC light issue are related, i could be wrong but i would fix the line first and then with the ability to perform a proper road test, check out the TRAC issue

the TRAC issue could be a number of things, sensor not plugged in, vacuum line not plugged in TRAC OFF button inside the car pressed.
