I have seen many posts here on this issue but want to share my solution witch is fast cheep and working great. I simply drilled a small hole inserted a screw with washer, counter sunk the hole for the nut on the back ground it flush and wala problem fixed and it will stay that way. I wont go into the whole r&r on the regulator as that has been done very well here already. here is a link to some pics they will make this fix very clear.
