I have to do both of my door glass as they are scratched

You're going to need to do it from the interior, as in...

Instead of pulling it "out" of the door, you will need to pull it "in," with the shape of the door.

Also, make sure that you have everything well and set when removing it.

I'm not 100% familiar with the inner workings, but as far as I can tell there is very little room so try your hardest and have a friend to make sure nothing moves.

Also, I'd try to keep a ratcheting wrench handy, it's going to be near impossible to get to those screws to have everything lined up.

Last but not least, be CAREFUL removing the top half of the interior door frame, it's pretty prone to damage!!!

you talking about door windows or qp glass? if not its simple imo. pull out regulator, whip out window, throw new window in. a few extra hands will prevent more scratching also

its fairly easy. you just pull out the regulator. then pull out the 2 window guides. should slide out pretty easily once the guides are out
