Hi,
Where are the other screws located so that I can remove the rear bumper. The only ones that I can see are the plastic screws on the bottom of the bumper.
Any 411 will be much appreciated

I just finished a complete '95 to '97+ upgrade... here is what I found.
To get the rear bumper off:
Remove all of the trim out of the trunk.
Take all of the audio equipment, if equipped, out of both sides of the rear end. It looks daunting at first but everything unbolts pretty easy.
After that, you will see these strange black boxes on each side in the bottom of the spaces. These are vent mechanisims, unscrew them, you will probably need to remove them.
Now you will be able to get to all of the nuts holding the bumper in. There should be 3 per side and if you want to take off the lower valance panels, there are 2 per side at the very bottom where the vents were at. There is also a bolt on each side underneath the car that holds the bumper to the valance panel. And a bolt on each side in the wheel-well also holds the valance on.
Probably as clear as mud but hope it helps... You will also of course need to remove the 900 or so plastic fasteners. Some of them will break, I found some at an auto parts store that worked very well.
