Default 1JZ VVTI swap this week finnaly

So I finnaly took a week vacation which starts on my birthday on the 15th. I figured ill have a whole week to get the old motor out and new motor in. I have almost everything situated, just waiting on throttle body cable, intercooler piping and intercooler, and that's about it. My main goal is to get it running fine. Few questions are, I'm extending the harness now, I'm only going to extend the body plugs, and let the ecu sit behind the glove box. But on the new motor there's a bunch of wires cut where looks like to ne where the fuse box is under the hood of my car, would I have to cut my wires on my fuse box and wire those in? I will be taking a few pics tonite of my motor and the daily its going in, a few insights would be great

Half of the body plugs are all done, I'm not going to extend the ecu harness, because of to many wires, and sheilded wires, also it doesn't have to be extended because it can sit behind the glove box, which I am fine with, and will not affect anything. The wiring I am concerned with is what looks to be where the fuse box would be. There's a loom of wire just cut off behind the intake manifold.
