I am new to Lexus and its community, but it looks like I'll be selling my Subaru for a deal that is pretty much locked in at the moment. It is for a 1995 Lexus SC300 with 145k on the clock, automatic transmission. Gold in color with premium stock wheels. The passenger window does not roll down. Anyone want to fill me in on some good info or links to good info you think I should check out? Thanks everyone and hope to meet you in the future.

new to the SC's
howdy fellas, im new to the sc game, been reading on this forum lately..
currently i drive a head ache..i mean rx7, love it to death, but im looking for something a little bit more reliable, and a little less project.
my opinion on the 2jz is that its probably one of the top 5 best engines ever made, and when i found out the sc300 has it i thought id try to get one.
may have one this week, looking forward to a new dd/future project haha
side note, i know more about rotary engines as opposed to piston, so i may ask some rookie questions...my apologies in advance =]

Gidday guys.
Bout my new Jdm soarer about a month ago. Heres my intro
I currently prevail from Palmerston North, NZ. Have been looking for a Jzz30 for abit. This one popped up on TradeMe so bit the bullet and got it.
The car was located 12+ hours away. which meant travelling via bus to go see her. Loved it as soon as I saw it, and the test drive was the nail in the coffin.
So here she is as I got her. As far as I am aware, all that has been done are some tochiko(however you spell it) struts, a Greddy boost gauge and a HKS turbo timer.
Its a 91 with 164Kms on her. Its in VERY good nick, with what seems to be a respray and only a few VERY small scuffs.
Future mods will be
-new wheels, looking at some 18x9.5 +18 rota grids.
-Vertex body kit (probably just a replica kit, as the genuine ones are too expensive for my budget).
-Front mount intercooler of sorts.
-Stainless intake kit modded to fit inside the factory airbox. -Turbo or catback exhaust with magnaflow type mufflers. The cannon look just wrecks it for me.
Those are the proposed mods, however the list will most likely increase as time goes on.
Looking forward to becoming apart of this very informative, helpful community. Cheers.

New to clublexus and new to SC's. Picked up this SC400 completely stock about 8 months ago and have started cleaning it up/modifying. It was in pretty good shape and was an arizona car until about 2 years ago so rust is nearly non-existent.
Then started to change things i didnt like/needed fixed..
Next plans are a 5 speed and???

Hello ! The names Russell, I'm from Indiana but due to the Marine Corps I travel a lot. Was stationed in 29palms for two years. I bought my 92 sc300 a couple weeks ago off my aunt. She had the car for around 10 years and I am 3rd owner. Its been through hell and back and will soon be getting new widebody rear fenders. I like the stance thing that's going around but I prefer just a good tuck. The only thing done to her is some hornet wheels and a pair of 12s in the trunk. I will also be adding a rear deck spoiler, the factory type. I pulled it off another SC. When I got her she was very Smokey and running on 5 cylinders . And through reading people's post I came to the conclusion it was the ecu. So I pulled the ecu from the spoiler car and instantly it ran better. However. I pulled it of a trac model and now my overdrive is intermittent to say the least and I no longer have heat. Lol other than that I thoroughly enjoy the car. 240348 on the clock and still rolling.
here she is with one of my other ladies, 1993 3000gt vr4

New here with my new SC400!
Well, hello everyone. Name is Christian. I've been a member here for a bit, always just browsing and was friends with some of the members. Recently, though, I've joined the club and bought an SC400. Just picked her up on Saturday. So I figured I better come on here, introduce myself, and hopefully get some advice to get this SC where she needs to be.
Anyways, I live in South Carolina (I'm in the Military). From PA, along with JDMmuscle(My brother from another mother). I also have a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8T (With a handful of mods) that is my other project car.
The SC I just got is a 92 SC400, 111k miles. She is in great shape, luckly..Got a fairly good deal on it. A few minor issues with it, which I am sure I will be able to fix especially with the help of all you SC veterans here.
Glad to be here, hope to get to know you all soon.
