i Am Truly happy i found this 2jz-Ge Sc300 Metallic Teal, Never in my life did i think I'd go to RWD, "Coming from a Honda Guy, LOL! I guess Honda was just a Phase. From here on out,This Lexus Sc300 is my baby. I still got love for my 1992hondaPrelude. No doubt.

Recently, I had an 06 Tacoma that failed to proceed on a wet road. I'll miss that truck...but hey now I've got a SC4.

Where to begin, struts, brakes, wheels, ICE, performance... we'll see.

Hi club lexus. Not to put on the sob story but. I have been looking for a while now in purchasing an sc. Just like my dads. I got a call Tuesday evaning that my dad ha passed away in jenson beach Florida. I live in Colorado. Long story short Im in jenson as a write this. Putting my dad to rest on Tuesday. I desided to keeping his sc. I believe that is what he would have wanted.

It's a 96 sc400. Black with tan leather. Was his baby! Something I will keep for ever. Can't wait to get her back to. Colorado and and clean her up. My dad kinda ran here into the ground the past year. I will shoot some pics here tomorrow, and post them.

Hey everyone long time lurker here hahaha decided to finally become part of the community I'm in the frozen white north of Canada Ontario to be specific.

I needed an economy car so I went to an auction with the good intentions and then came upon the SC, she was parked waaayyyy off in the back lot but as soon as I saw her I knew she had to be mine! ( yeah embraced the inner Gollum)

Had to call in sick for work that day so she could cross the auction block but it was totally worth it!

planned NA-T and other goodies but keeping her looking as stock as possible

 

Hello Everyone. I'm so grateful for this community and the information found here. I became a member two years ago when I bought by first lexus, a 95 LS400. I live in Canada and imported it from a nice gentleman in Michigan. Unfortunately, I only kept her 6 months and was forced to trade her in on a minivan due to family needs and circumstances.

Well recently I sold my Hyundai Azera (lovely car by the way) and scored a nice 94 SC 400 for $2000! She has a really good body and I plan to keep her off the road in the winters. She's not without her problems but I will post those questions in the proper forums. Looking forward to getting her a nice tune up, changing the fluids and going from there. So far she got a nice wash and detailing today along with a wax and buff. I will post some pics tomorrow. I don't care for the colour (grey) much but I couldn't resist the price. Bought her off an older gentleman who seemed to take good care of her. She has 234,000 KM on the clock.

My buddy is so impressed already with this car, he decided he has to have one! So we are on the hunt again! Looking forward to picking your brains and contributing when I can. Anyone living in Canada who needs help importing a car, I am happy to help as I have done it several times.

I do have one question if I may? I'm not sure where to post it if someone can direct me. It's a general question about part outs. While looking for my wheels I looked at another SC. Her body was in terrible shape but the interior was black and pristine. My interior is not that great so I was considering purchasing the car for a swap of the interiors. The guy wants $1500. I am not sure what an interior is worth? Not sure how much demand there would be for the other parts as well if I kept the car to part out. Curious if you guys think it would be worth it? I'm not totally familiar with what my interior options are right now. I did notice that the driver seat is worn and sagging and am wondering if I should be looking at other lexus seats to swap in instead that are more comfortable?

I have a 97 sc4 that's kitted down with Borla exhaust, lowered springs, cold air intake, K&N Alpine double din TV/DVD combo w 2-alpine 12's . Just replaced the radiator and added cross drilled rotors. Still a work in progress as I really need paint this summer... will post pics soon.

Purchased an SC400 about 6 months back from an original owner with only 82k miles. Love the car. Runs smooth and just yesterday had my first mods installed. Installed BC racing coilovers to go with my 19's and did a complete exhaust system with dual magnaflows, Xpipe. sounds awsome!!!! not too loud but agressive as hell!!! will post pics soon... Need a carwash badddd
