PaRted it out for the most part. Kept the good bits for future toys. I really liked it but I was using it as a DD at the time which was tough. It had a 2-step , wot box, meth, agp exhaust, cf hatch/hood. It was a blast. Except for the front mount and exhaust, it caught a lot of people off guard and made a few bucks on the weekend :-)

Hello all!
I wanted to choose the name UZinator Fabricator -but unfortunatelly it is too many letters. So I took the shorter version. My real name is Michael and I am a machine designer for Gaf Materials Corporation (fantastic company to work for). I am into design, fabrication, welding and experimenting.
I have been hiding out in the Ford Probe GT world for about 11 years now because the all aluminum 2.5L 60deg V6 is a fantastic engine with lots of potential, low weight to power ratio and extremely efficient design. That was my complete automotive world until one day on a parts run to the local pull-a-part -a SC400 caught my eye. I had never seen one before and instantly noticed it's small size with that Toyota V8 in it. I had seen the UZ in the LS cars before but never paid much attention because the cars had 4 doors and didn't appeal to me.
I did some research on the 1UZ and found out what a lot of people here likely have known for a long time and been keeping a secret from me and the rest of the world. Well -I was instantly addicted and began searching for an SC. I ended up finding a running one for $600 that needed a hood, bumper and windshield. Some rain had gotten in but not done that much damage yet.
I have already started the fun. I first ordered a SC430 pumpkin for the 3.26 gears for highway fuel economy since I drive 85 miles each way to and from work. It would be hard to justify it as a daily driver with 16 or less mpg when my current Probe GT hot rod gets about 26mpg. So the plans to improve those numbers are the gears, some larger diameter tires and a good megasquirt tune and possibly a later addition of an AEM 8 channel CDI unit.
I have also ordered the torsen unit for the 4.27 pumpkin that I have from the SC300 spare parts car that I also picked up for a reasonable sum of $700, The interiors were nearly flawless so I couldn't resist. I will be able to put together one good SC400 from the two and have some extra spares just in case and a few more extras to sell and make up some of the money spent getting to this point.
Well I better not blab too much cause I tend to ramble a bit much and I don't want to make enemies already.

Hi there, my name is clint and im new to CL, i recently exited the marine corps and landed an oil field job in south texas. Then bought a 1995 sc 300 that ran amazingly tranny slipped a little, couple months after having it the tranny started dumping fluid from the input shaft seal. Or the pump. I dunno and didnt care. I bought an aristo 2jzgte front sump auto with ecu, igniter, harness, ect. A couple years ago for a project that i never had time to work on, but now that im free >.<. I have days off to work on toys. So now i am currently swapping the 2jzgte stock twins in the sc. Seems pretty simple to do. Im excited to hear it run.

Hi I'm Cory. I had been a member for a little over a year before I got my sc300. I knew I wanted one. And I had to learn everything I could about this car. This forum/site has been great for me. Honestly it made me want an sc300 that much more. I have learned so much, and it's all thanks to members of this forum, so thank you very much.

Not a bad look at all. Keep the SC, sell the kid. lol
Hate to see her gone, but you have your priorities correct. The SC are not so pratical when having to pull a baby in and out all the time. Can get very old, real quick.

Howzit Goin?
Hey guys, I figured I might as well sign up since I'm looking around on here so much. I'm fairly new to SC scene but not new to messin with cars. I have a '95 SC400 with around 300k on the odometer and still running strong. She's fairly stock with the only mods being removed rear resonators and a brand new set of Espelir ASD's. I have plans for a 4.7 Tundra short block swap and a few other goodies when the funds are straight. I hope to learn a lot and make some new friends in the process.
Oh and I'll get some pics up ASAP

Hay everyone, Brandon here, got myself a Red SC300 back in early July in great condition considering its only a one owner from Texas. Yeah sure the front lip is scraped, then again its regular wear and tear. Considering its from 1998 and the paint is still in this condition without clearcoat peeling off is rare by my findings. I would start modding but im already burning my money paying for college at Academy of Art doing 3D Modeling and works. Im planning on a huge eventuallity to have this lowered on Tiens, TE37 bronze rims, W58 manual swap, and if i somehow have enough left over, turbo it.
The reason I went with buying myself a SC is because i didn't want a 2JZ Toyota Soarer live the rest of its life riding on friggin 25 inch uberchrome rims in some place in Oakland.
Photos are from some photo OP's with a friend who owns a Honda Integra DC5 (RSX Type S) with moderate modifications:
Took this pic and shopped it a bit just two days after it came home from the dealer.
