Hi CL! I am trying to get in the game with my sc300. i purchased my SC in march. It came with w58 tranny. I had it swapped out for soarer 1jz with r154 in April. Current project changing steering rack, LCA, bushings and suspension upgrade. I found great resources and DIY thread on club Lexus. What a great community of car enthusiast!

I'm new to CL
Hey there everyone. I've been browsing around the site for a little bit now. And I'm finally registering.
I've recently purchased a 95 SC400. I've wanted an SC400 for years and finally got mine. I'll be on here quite a bit for advice and research. Ill be doing a full tune up soon and will be doing more much needed services to the car.
So far the only thing I've upgrade is the headlights. I upgrade to 6000k HIDs thanks to a friend of mine. Next Ill be putting in 3000k for the foglights.
And had to clean the car up pretty good. Its was pretty nasty on the inside.
And heres a couple of pictures.
Excuse the steelies, I'm borrowing them till I can afford to get new tires.

Ok here some pictures of the interior.
The first one is of the carpet before I pressure washed it.
I thought I had gotten more pictures before I cleaned it. But I had taken everything out, and cleaned every panel cause the car had been smoked in. And it has mildew and some mold. From when the drivers window was busted out at some point.
