Hey my name is Shameed. 20 years old. I live in South Florida. I'm new to the forum. I just bought a 97 SC300 as a daily (for now). I also have a 91 SR20DET swapped 240sx. The motor just recently went bad but I have a built motor for it. So that will be a side project while I drive this. I plan on just lowering it, wheels, and a sound system for now. The SC300 is a great car and I plan on keeping it for a long time.

hey cl guys. my name is allen and i actually juss got a sc400 today. Been lookin around on the website for the past week and finally joined now that i got my sc. im usually a honda guy but i got a nice deal on this sc and here i am now in a whole new world of lexus heh. its a 92 sc400, black and nothing extravagant, acutually alot of things are wrong with it right now but i see potential in it. well anyways this is a great site and im glad to be able to join.

whats up gents, my name Hugo, otherwise known as juiSCee. been a lurker for a few months and finally decided to join this very informative forum. i bought my '93 SC3 back in July of '06. got a good deal!! the mileage was ridiculously low IMO. 35K miles!! all original! i bought it from a grandma who had the car the whole time! the plates even said "GRAMMS". the car was bone stock when i first bought it. did a few things here and there ever since ive had her. most of them have been maintenance related. here go some pix.

the name's adam from sunny southern california and im a new member of CL!

its kind of funny actually, im a member but i wont consider myself a full fledged member just yet. because i don't have an SC just yet =( hahahaha.
but of course the reason im here now is because i've found a new love and that being the SC. i just sold my old car (s14 240sx) 2 weeks ago and am currently in the search for my new love.

so you guys might see me from time to time under different topics annoyingly asking questions that are so simplistic to an SC owner. or god forbid a question that has already been covered. but bare with me!. i have plans for my dream car and the things i want to do when i get my SC so i hope you guys can help cuz im going to need it!

i've found CL to be very helpful thusfar and i dont even have an SC yet. but hopefully within a few weeks i'll find that beauty i seek. in the meanwhile. im happy to be a CL member, hope to see some of you guys in the future and your rides.

Guys,

I just bought a 95 SC400 with 140k miles for $5000. All the mechanical components were checked out OK by the mechanic and the paint is in excellent shape. The seats are also in fairly good condition. But he and I missed the loose door panels (some mounting tabs are broken) and some dead speakers the came with the Nakamichi system.

Show this newbie around and feel free to give me some useful tips.

joined cl a couple days ago and have done nothing but look through forums since. i doubled my knowledge on my car in just a couple days. i have a 1992 sc300 that needs a front bumper, paint job, and tail light.

Hello Cl, I'm new here. I'm come from Quebec, Canada & just bought a 91 Soarer JZZ30 1jzgte 5speed. I'm new in the Toyota family. I really love the car, the sound of the inline 6 is awesome. Hre some pics. For the mods, the car is stock, exept: Catback, Coil-over, wheel, body kits!

Hey wuts up every1? Uhm my name is David. Im pretty new to this site. I bought a 95' SC300 about 3 months ago. Its dark green, with gold wheels. I love the sound of my 2JZ engine,but i wish i had money to turbo it!

Hello Everyone, My Name is Chris. I have just purchased my first Lexus as of today. A 1992 Lexus SC300, I've started out with a 1990 Toyota Celica GT-S and then moved onto the DSM family with a 1991 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD and then moving up to my last project car a Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T. The whole time throughout my life my car idol has been my causing that for a first car bought a 1995 i think Toyota Supra and invested his life or at what seemed into the car later on buying a Lexus SC400 which gave me the thought of being able to have a 1JZGTE motor into a luxury car would be amazing. Thus leading me to this day and i hope for a more full filling car of my dreams.
