FNG here. Happened across my SC300 while looking for a car for my Daughter. Brought home a Red 98 SC300. Long story short, she didn't like it, I did. I'll do some light odds and ends and enjoy the fuel mileage. I bought wheels and tires today,19' staggered Nurburgrings and Toyo's. Found a set of Espelir ASD's, so tomorrow I'll order some shocks and struts. Brakes, rotors, pads too I guess. Window tint asap, and I plan to scrap the factory speakers and head unit. I've been through the little 6 banger, replacing cam seals, timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and plugs. Seems to be a fun little car. So, that's it. My sporadic introduction. I hope to learn from y'all and contribute when I can.

I'm Charlie, and new to the forums, I own a 96' sc300 and plan to stick with it, I bought it as a pretty clean car, 91k original mileage and a flawless body and interior, I believe the car had only one owner . only downside is the car is automatic hoping to get a swap in the near future but for now I am going with some exterior upgrades, if I'm successful with it I'll be updating you all!

Hey everyone, I have recently acquired a 97' SC300. Been wanting one for a while now, i am looking to modify the car in the near future but i have to recoup some funds after purchasing it. I hope to be a very active member on this forum, i would like to immerse myself in some tech articles and learn as much as i can about these cars and their platform, engines, ect..

My car is a 97' with 2-tone interior and i believe the color is called Shadow Rose Quartz? It is completely stock at the moment other than a set of 19" Renn Tech Monolite wheels.

I've been here for a while just been quiet. A thread about popping in the front end brought me here. IIRC the solution was tightening like 4 bolts to 100 ft/lbs.

Hey everyone - just brought my baby home a couple of days ago, and figured it was time for a proper introduction.
I'm the proud third owner of a black and tan 1997 SC300 - stoked to have found one of the rare models with the factory manual transmissions, which I purchased from another member here, leonsup.

Wonderful car - these are actually the cars that got me interested in cars in the first place, so I'm thrilled to finally have one to call my own.

Just here introducing myself. I'm Henry and I'm a proud owner of a SC300!!
I recently bought a Black 93 Sc300 5speed w/ Grey interior! I'm 16 years old and I was blessed to get the car I've always dreamed of having! Clean title and always had maintenance at the Lexus dealer! This guy had everything! From the original valet key to the original repair manuals to 4 extra CD cartridges to the first aid kit!! Little details like putting a foam strip behind the license plate so it won't scratch the paint makes me know the car was treated right! I will keep this car forever! Going to get the windows tinted on Sunday!! One this I am missing is the sun roof but I love the car as is and actually like it without the sun roof! Oh and if anyone has a Grey Butterfly Cup Holder....please HMU! In need of one to make the car officially complete! Thank you!

As of the other day I'm a new owner of a 92 SC300 factory 5spd. I've always liked these things and had always had aspirations for a factory 5spd, so when I was trying to sell my Supra and this came up I jumped on it. Not a big fan of the wheels or the body kit, but in time, it'll look a lot better.
