Hello All,
I've been a lurker since woke up and realized Toyotas kick butt. I've flirted with the idea of getting an IS300 for a while, but reality kicks in, and here is my car. I bought it off Trex Lex from Upstate. I myself also have a 2001 Camry, I might be known from others on TN, ToyotaTuners...
Here is her first pic of her in my driveway, not ever registered yet!! lol
-Geico is having some serious mainframe issue, and im eagerly awaking my punishment
I could use help determining the color. The previous owner says "Garnet Red" but i'd just like the experts opinion, lol
The SC is a 92, 5 speed, Tan interior, awesome condition and 111K miles. Has the Sunroof, heated seats, SC4 16" rims on Avon tyres but i think thats all. no CD player, no dual airbags (guess it was available on 93+). The previous owners kept the car in excellent shape. (Thx trex!!)
For the future, my priority is the 1JZ Swap. that is the main reason i choose this car. Luxury, and power in a affordable balence. hahha.
From the motor, i'd like to keep it civil, but still over 350whp, It may be a high goal, but at least i have a strong platform to start on.
I already have the Griffin emblem, the Soarer Badge, as well as Toyota T, even the jdm trunk mat. The SC4 rims look good enough for now, but i have 17" Racing Hart Evolution C2s to put on it if they fit.
The small things i'll want are suspension, exhaust, alarm system, head unit, tints, and of course better rims.
incase you guys are worried i'd kill this car, heres my previous car. done nice and quietly i'd say
And also, if' you are in the North Queens NY area, look out for the red SC with the Soarer badges. Hopefully our paths collide, not our cars, lol
And of course hope to be getting to know you guys on the Forums, I already know of a few ppl that have made the same transition from Camry to SC#00 like Red Phoenix, and Curry. Also thanks to formerly known as NYLexSC for all the invaluable info youve gave. that finally swayed me to go SC not IS or subie, lol

Hey guys, what's up? My names Caleb and i don't actually own an SC yet, but i just say i do cause i work on my brothers all the time. I got him to sign up to these forums but... he hasn't even posted yet so i guess i'll just keep posting. We're both pretty much newbs to the SC world. But ever since he bought this car i've really found a passion for working on it, and i'm definitely going to get one whenever i get the money... it'll probably be a while.

Hi Everybody!
Just signed up but Ive been in and out of this forum before. Here is currently what I have done with my 1995 SC300. I use it casually for doing autox and track events. I have many years of track experience and have been instructing drifting on and off at Thunderhill Raceway in NorCal. I left the motor all stock since where i live are really strict with emissions.

onebad2jz, I like how clean your car looks! If I ever break my front bumper, I will put the stock bumper on and put the Wise front lip on it. More durable when you're racing.

Hey guys, new member from Australia here! SC and ALSC don't do enough for me, hence why I've joined here.
I own a '96 1JZ TT Soarer, a '94 1UZ V8 Soarer and a '97 JZA80 TT Supra, so I can't get enough of them!
