Retired SC400 New Owner (ted47)
Bought my wife a Christmas present, 1992 SC400. It only has 65K and it's very pretty. Will post a picture when I completely figure this site out. I'm a retired mechanic of 40 years and know enough to still follow good advice. Club Lexus is well organized and a great asset to any Lexus owner, mechanic or not. Looking forward to lots of good info....

Not new to the Form but new to posting Lol
I have been on this forum trying to gather as much information as I can for the day I came across one to pick up all to myself.
I don't have any crazy plans for the car at the moment just wheels, tires, exhaust, maybe an R154. I'm thinking once I get her inspection exempt in a few years I will start going crazy with the engine. Maybe a pair of GT35R's internally gated snails.
She is a 92 400 with 207,000 on the clock and as far as I have been able to gather the car is from Las Vegas and then was brought to TX. After she got to TX the owners started keeping great service records LoL.
Without further a due

Hey guys,
My name is Nevin Voors, recently bought a 1992 SC 400. What a great car it is and thanks for all the great info on here from all of you. I am a certified Mercedes Benz tech and a good number of the techs in my shop drive a Lexus. That should say something! haha. So far I have done wheels, tires, pads, rotors, paint, subs, amp and a head unit.

Hello,
I love this car I have owned three... My current car is pearl white and completely stock. I love it. I would love to make some changes to make it look even better, any suggestions?
I am also dealing with some small issues but nothing I can't talk about later or find an answer on this Form.

not so newbie
Hi, My name is Stephen Morgan from El Monte California, and I'm a stray. just kidding. I've actually been a member of CL for just shy of a year now but have never gotten around to posting anything. I am the proud owner of a 1993 SC300, automatic trans with roughly 190k on the odometer, that I've had for about 2 years now. Her factory paint still looks good, with the exception of the hood which is badly faded. looking to do a conversion to manual trans. while all stock, I've taken the liberty of replacing the parking lights, brake lights, and reverse lights with LEDs, as well as put in HIDs. I had ordered replacement headlight housings back in November that should hopefully be here soon. I will putting in a Spectre Performance short ram air intake this week. I will also be ordering some replacement tail light housings soon. posting of pics soon to come.
