Hello All
Hey guys, new to Lexus and the forum, just got my first SC300, she is a '95 and is pretty clean inside and out. Gonna eventually swap her but using as a beater/daily driver right now. Look forward to getting some good info from all you folks.

I recently bought my first SC and I LOVE it so far. I'm more protective of it than my new car lol. As much as I would love to have a Supra I think these cars are better. They're sleeker, more unsuspecting, and you avoid the $30,000 Fast and Furious tax. I plan on keeping this car forever and possibly even buying another down the road.

Hi guys, my name is Brady and a couple months I bought a 1995 SC400 on impulse and have zero regrets about it.
Here's my story: back in May I think it was I had a day off of work and decided I would go to some dealer ships and shoot the ***** with them. I mean I was interested in upgrading from my 1997 Corolla (which I still have by the way). So I go to the first dealership and test drive a 2011 Mazda2 and a 2012 Fiesta. Next dealership. I test drive a 2013 Honda Fit and a 2014 Ford Fusion. I get back from test driving the fusion and my salesmen guy is busy with someone else. So I start talking to another salesmen because I knew that this dealership will find and ship cars for you. So I ask "do you guys ever get cars around the 3500 4000 dollar range?" because I had my eye on a really nice LS400 near chicago. He says "no not really, but I think I have something in the back you'll wanna see." He takes me out to the shop to the key rack and grabs a 90's looking Lexus key. He takes me to the back and theres an SC400 sitting back there covered in dust. Nothing bad but it had obviously been sitting for at least a month. It has "not for sale" written on it but anything is for sale for the right price. Anyway he starts it up and it fires right up. He lets me know the AC doesn't work but whatever. I take it for a test drive and find out the steering wheel is stuck all the way up and the stereo doesn't work. So I drive it back and tell them that I really like it. I offer them $1500 for it and they immediately say yes.
So here I am. Since I bought it I've fixed the steering wheel and done rotors and pads all around. Also, I forgot the mileage! I bought it with 202k and have only put a couple hundred miles on it because it's not my daily driver. Mostly because my corolla has working AC and stereo. Another important thing, NO RUST! Which is important in my part of the country. It also has a problem hesitating/surging under average throttle acceleration from a stop but i'll save that for another post.
But here's the part you guys actually care about haha. PICS! Sorry I don't have more.

Hello
Hey guys I just bought me a 1992 sc400. Ithe has a salvage title on it and I got my work cut out for me. It is running and my daily driver right now. I've always been big in the building car/truck's. I'm from cali and I know I'm gonna have a lot of questions as I go and I will post new pics as I start and finish a project.
