New member, but not an owner..... YET.
Ok so like the title says, I don't own one yet. I'm actually trying to decide between a GS and an SC.
I use to own a 98 GS300 back in the day... but I had to get rid of it cause I couldn't get use to driving an auto everyday.
Now, I'm a little older, and ... well... married. So the days of modding a project car is "kinda" out... and wanting to go VIP is in.
Here are my plans for for whichever one I decide to go with. Both are powered by the same engine, so I'm just deciding on whether I should go for a 1JZ or 2JZ or go NA-T. Either way, or either car... will be boosted.
I just have to figure out a few things about the motor thing, but I'll post a thread asking my questions.

Alright so two weeks ago I picked up my royal pearl jade 1993 SC300 manual trans for $1700 all it needed to run was a new radiator and a new alternator. I also replaced the battery, all four tires, the rearview mirrror, and I'm about to get a custom exaust done as soon as I get paid next friday. I'm also getting ready to instal my new AC condenser.

hey new to the forums, been a lurker for awhile decided to join. have a 1992 sc300. got a few questions, seem to be burning a little oil when i get on it like more towards faster than 3500 rpm, thinking its valve guides. got a compression test and everythings alright. Any other helpful hints to a stock sc would be helpful, the car only has 96k on it.

names jay from florida here..was huge into the 'scene' a few years back but i blew the motor in the last car i drove (sprayed 1zzfe corolla) and pretty much just got bored with the whole car world....moved to jersey...where i walked or caught the train wherever i needed to go until i bought a little beater to get me to work. i swore i was done modding cars and burning my money but i found a 95 diamond white pearl sc300 147k for 1700 bucks....and here i am. already saving up for the 1j swap

my summer project
here is a lil peek of my summer project 93 sc300 w/2jzgte-th400,I just picked up some 97-up skirts and Im planning on painting this wknd!Ill post more pics shortly

my slammed sc400
hey im kinda new here but been a long time member i dont really post alot because i usually find information i need when i use the [search button] lol and i dont think nobody has seen my car so here is a lil picture of it so far. its slammed on megan lp coils and it has sc430 wheels. still rides nice. harness is tucked. I plan on drifting it in the future and doing a 1jz-gte swap & manual conversion.
