Hello all..Yes im a proud new dad of a 93 Sc 400..I orginally wanted a sc300 but their really hard to find in these parts either their in bad shape or they want a million dollars for em! So after seaching i found her>

Black 93 sc400...Interior is in nice shape beside normal wear .Exterior is nice except for a rust hole on the right rear quarter.The guy i bought it from just changed the oil and trans fluid..New battery, starter,alternater.....new slotted rotors all the around new brake lines......Ive had it two weeks and put 1100 miles on it....I love it .....Besides the exhaust leaks and couple minor issues i most definitely got my money worth...Almosts forgot has a set of lexus 17 inch polished wheels (he said it came Ls 400?) Any thought or ideas would be appreciated! Looking to do some performance upgrades ?! Any advice? Thanks Chris

I'm Pearce and I have a stock 98 SC400

Putting a single pipe HKS exhaust system on it. Probably put on some Lorenzo WL19's, slight drop, cf trunk and hood, and probably call it a day. Maybe one day build a 2j for it but no time soon.

 

im a noob. i dont own a lexus but my little brother wanted to get a lexus sc 300 for his first car. so im here trying to find out more about it. i dont even know what year the car is

Hey, im new here and about a month ago i got my 1992 lexus sc400 and its GREAT!!! i just put 2 12" subwoofers in the trunk and put in a new deck.. i had to look everywhere for the dash kit but finally found one.. BUT IF ANYONE LIVES IN WASHINGTON STATE OR HAS A SC400 PLEASE MESSAGE ME BECAUSE I WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT HTESE CARS!!! THANKS

I currently brought back to life a 95 SC400 pearl in the storage for a good 3 years. I sold my 00LS400 Platinum series which I miss alot and working on this new pearl white SC400. Beatiful car fully loaded. New leather upholstery with Soarer logos, 19" Eurolines 5 spoke, injen air,stainless exhaust with the demon full body kit. Pending upgrade are the brake systems and audio. Currently purchase the Pioneer F90BT. It needs new engine mounts and tranny mounts and shock and i'm done. I still have my old 91 LS400 jade with 406,000 miles on it.

 

hey everyone,

i just joined today this morning at around 8, while I was at work doing completely nothing. I came across this forum after googling lexus forums about a month ago and decided to finally join to get some opinions and help with my car. I am honestly a true NOOB! Lol..i feel lost everytime I read the Forums for the SC300/SC400. offsets, rolled fenders, etc.? what does that all mean? i'm hoping i will receive the great help i need from all you guys. with that being said, allow me to introduce myself (how rude i didn't even start with my introduction).

I am a full time student here at CSU Sacramento in California, and currently working part time to make a college living. I am only 20 years old and I feel like I am probably in the young age group of this forum, obviously since I don't know much either. About my baby, I received my champagne '95 SC300 from my dad as a high school grad. gift back in '07. It was completely stock and we had it basically sitting in the driveway of my parents house since back in '03 when my dad originally bought it as a "commuter car" for work. Around '06 I convinced my dad to throw some velocity chrome 20's on it since it was the thing to do around that time. Since then I havent done any upgrades to my car because I am on a tight budget since I have college expenses. I think the only actual thing I have added to my car was a tint job (Limo/Gold Hue in the rear 3 windows and 30% black on the two front windows), and I have added some beat in the trunk (2 12's rockford fosgate p1 running off a rockford punch 300w amp). Other than that my car is pretty much stock. I want to do so much to my car after looking at the photo gallery but sadly I don't have money (willing to take donations for my sc lol).

So yeah there's my intro, and i'm hoping I will find what I need to know on this site. I have been browsing this site for the last week and i'm so hyped up to upgrade my car! Only if I had money!

Hi there, new to the forum. A friend of mine's dad got a new SC400 in 1993. Since then I've always wanted one. I just picked up a clean black 1992 SC400, 60k miles, $7500. This thing is sweet. 100% stock as far as I know. The only thing I really want to do is upgrade the stereo. Not sure what I want to do as far as that goes, but Im sure after reading some threads here, I'll come up with a plan.
