Hey SC owners!!!
I'm very new to both this site and being classified as a Lexus owner...about 3 months ago i purchased a '92 SC 400 and sorry to say i'm only semi-happy with the vehicle. It was bought from an auction and needs a lot of work even today. after an honest paint job, i do plan on posting pictures of my new baby Lexxxi!!! although I'm having problems with my baby, i'm still deeply in love with her and just want her fixed..so hopefully you guys/girls can give some keen advice and input to make this possible. ;-)
Sideline info: I'm currently a college sophomore @ Cal State Dominguez Hills in Carson, CA. I'm currently not employed but do tutor from time to time (any grade level any subject if your child may need assistance).
My Lexus is my keen heart and soul and I just want to get her fixed. So please help me!!!https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ima...lies/Peace.gif

Hey everyone. Here's my 1992 SC400 bone stock. I bought it off of my dad's friend who's an original owner and always had it maintained at the dealership. It has 100 000 miles on it. Great shape.
After driving it stock for one summer I finally bit the bullet and started buying some after market parts. I bought these rims and tires for $500 Canadian (the same model as in the picture but I took the photo off the web.)
Since where I live it's winter and -25 celcius outside my car is in storage until' summer. I tried driving it in winter and the traction was just horrible (Yes I have very good winter tires). I live in Montreal Canada and we get a LOT of snow. During a snow storm the car was so dangerous to drive that I went into the ditch! No damage whatsoever though... glad there was lots of snow to cushion the crash lol. Actually the only thing that happened was my plastic lip cracked a little more but it's already bent and cracked anyway.
I'm going to buy some Tanabe NF210 springs to get a very minor drop. The roads in Montreal are crap with potholes everywhere so I can't drop it too low anyways.
I'll post pics when I have the springs and the rims on the car when summer rolls around.

Hello all,
Just bought my first Lexus 1993 SC400 with 106K miles. Researched the car relentlessly before buying. Wife was wanting another car to replace her 1995 DeVille. The SC is a very plush and fun to drive car.
I am very savy with a wrench and enjoy a challenge. Very familiar with Yota's. I also have a 1987 Camry (Scooter) 127K and 1995 4Runner179K.
I've been researching the archives. Downloaded the Lexus manuals from TIS already. Definately worth the price.
Thanks for a great forum.

Hi my name is Brandon and i am new to CL. I currently do not have an SC but i used to have a 92 sc400 and i got in a wreck and had to sell it. I now have a bmw and miss my sc soooooo much and am looking for another one so if anyone has one let me know haha after getting my sc400 i was first sceptical about it until i realized i was driving a Lexus v8 car at only 17 haha i then looked into all the amazing stuff you can do to these beautiful cars and realized im in love! I got exhaust for the car and that v8 roared like a beast and i couldnt stop speeding (but safely) When i wrecked my car i literally fell to pieces i was so upset i loved that car! So now i am doing my best to get another SC and cant wait to start doing stuff to it once i get another one. The main things i would like to do first is change the colors of the cluster set up and climate control so if anyone has some info or links on how to do that that would be awesome. Thanks guys for the help and welcome!!
