Default Who replaces cc backlights these days?

Almost all of my bulbs have burnt out in the buttons however the lcd is still good but I would like to find some semi custom bulb/led work to make the lcd backlighting white and the buttons blue as opposed to green.

Maybe I could diy if someone sells a kit? Dunno last time I had one done it was in like 07 and that guy is no longer in business from what I am told by the locals.

A search turns up many results and honestly I really don't have time to sift through all of that mess to find the pin in a pin stack

I just need a point in the right direction, Thank you!

you send in YOUR part after you pay online so they have your name and what you paid to be done. and turn around is really fast. i had my needles ship there and back in one week (but i was in GA and their in TN). they do good work!

^^ LLS servers block everyone outside US and Canada since most outside countries are hacking attempts from bots. Would have to visit by a proxy server. http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml

I am so glad I discovered that site. I'll be looking into that repair after the holidays for sure.

I can just send in my needles? Or the whole cluster? It's my daily driver and a instrument panel is a must.. LoL

you can send just the needles in, or send the entire cluster in. I opted for the first, and had to play with my speedo needle to get it back to accurate (fuel needle was reading off, as well for some stupid reason, haven't been driving it much since then, so I am not sure if it's still off or not)

Of course, I also had the luxury of finding a set of needles at the junk yard so I had something to see while driving (my daily was under the knife when I finally had a chance to send them off).
I would also recommend opting for backlight upgrades/replacement while it's out (either lextech or diy). I had some go out right after my gauge cluster was put back together.... If it's not one thing, its another.

I had my climate control done by lextech. Blue displayband white buttons, sweet! Pretty bright.
Turn around time was pretty fast once they receive your payment and product. Recommend send whole cluster.
