Nope I'm not, still building my legend. I'm looking into finally getting a sc, but as a daily

Who are u on the legend forums?

best thing you can do is bring the car to a mechanic before purchasing.

Pay the dealer for one hours labour to look over everything on the car, best $100.00 you will spend.

You can look through craigslist for another car. This one will cost you a damn fortune. I could have had an LFA for the amount of money that I've spent on this thing.

Oh please. You've had tons of problems with YOUR car, yes. But, simply because your SC is a lemon, does not mean that all SCs are.

i care more about what are the typical big ticket items that break....

i've seen enough friends with sc's and they dont have a bunch of issues. but only issues i've seen is a leaking water pump on the sc400s

I agree. Just bought a '99 SC4 with 137k this weekend. I averaged 27mpg over 340 miles on the drive home... documented by refilling the tank and dividing miles/gallons, NOT by using the onboard computer (not sure if the computer is even accurate).
