1. Coilovers (around $700) or Supra Eibach lowering springs and Supra OEM struts for an MKIV (less than $250 total on supraforums).
2. ISX50 rims and tires (around $400-500) Allignment around $110
3. HIDS (roughly around $100)
4. Since you are here with me in FL tint ($110)
5. LS brakes (around $150 and you can install yourself)
6. Exhaust (Many to choose from all around $250) Install another $150
7. If you are looking to do the DIY clear sidemarkers that's $15
8. Paint your badges possibly black another $15
9. Trunk shocks are $37 shipped.

So for less than 2k you could get that all done or for a little bit more on the price for rims you could get some decent aftermarket wheels.

Don't worry about the sound system since its a 99 and the factory system works great. By the way....where about FL are you located? Remember....your in SC Land where the big boys play.......haha. Welcome to CL!!!!

Actually, this was something I was thinking about since HID's and a good car radio aren't so expensive, how's the stock speakers in the car?
The speakers are pretty good on the factory Pioneer stereo. They're even better if you have the Nakamichi stereo. If you do get an aftermarket headunit, you will either need to bypass the factory amp or buy new speakers (an amp is optional) to avoid getting ground noise through your speakers.

HID's are good idea. A few vendors on here have kits under $60. They can make a huge difference at night. A projector retrofit would be better, but a plug and play HID kit will be a decent improvement.

That sounds like a plan too, and I live in the 305 I've only ever seen three SCs here D:

I actually have two 12' Kickers and an amp sitting in my garage, I'm sure that'll work, right? :O

2 things i would go after maintenance if any on a 27k mile car... The 2 ive never regretted, HID's and a Supra TT BBK. Im sure the LS400 brakes work fine but those 2 must be the best investments ever into my SC.

Default if u ask me

i restore and stripp and fix maintian and part out 300/400 sc. my best advise is off course all maintanice, then go with the simple stuff to bring it up to were its a complete cae, if its missing parts or damaged fix and replace all that, so the car is back to mint condition, ive yest to get a sc w/out kinda bad seats, or broken window trim, broken inner door handles bad window motors or regulators or broken ac vents exc exc whats the point of havng a nice car when it has so manyu little details wrong w/it??? would u agree, so if u ask me thats stuff is what u should do, and focus on all the difficult parts to find like headlights tail lights of the yr u wnt, door panels good wrkng ac climate cntrols those allways go bad and then that way even if its bone stock it will b appri****ed because its clean and eveerythng is complete and wqrkng so even if u dnt have reims and colil overs u strill got a dope mint condition ride that other sc guys will value gl congrats on that 99
