Default Wiring Harness Removal Problem

Yes, I hate to ask but...

On the Lexus SC300, how does one disconnect or remove the wiring harness attachment at the back (firewall side) on the driver's side intake manifold?

I cannot fee any more bolts back there and I really don't want to break anything. OTOH, I really need to replace the head gasket tonight and have the car running by noon tomorrow.

Thanks in advance,
Wade

There is a bolt that goes from the harness to the intake manifold on the lower runner section. There is a tab off the harness and a 10mm bolt securing it.

What about the wire going down through the intake manifold. Since I am only doing the head gasket, can I just leave it in place and work around the intake manifold?

Piglet asks, "What do you think you will answer yourself, Pooh?"

Yes, yes you can.
