Fixed it was the tail light relay

Do you hear the relay click when you turn the parking light switch on? What about your interior lighting -- door switches, hvac illumination, etc?

I don't hear the relay click.
I don't have parking lights either

It might be the relay itself then. You'll have to search a bit to find out where it's located. I haven't delved that far into the SC yet. All my electrical is fine.

check your lamp failure module, maybe its that
