I'm surprised the Q45 projector fit. Were there any major clearance issues inside of the high beam?

Do you think a LS430 projector would be able to fit inside of the stock high beam?

no major fitment problem little bit of pressure to get the lens on
i havnt seen the specs on the ls430 projector, but from the pics of the lights it seems with a little bit of shaving on the stock shroud of the LS it should fit fine because the SC highs have alot of room to work with once the reflector is removed and plenty of room behind the light into the engine bay

Are you going to retrofit your stock halogen lights? I say it will look odd, because your highbeams will 7 mini reflector, where as your lows are just 1. Usually its the opposite, 7 - 1 then 1 - 7, if you know what i mean?

No point in running HID in your highs, since HID take time to warm up. What you can do is run quad projectors, not sure if the Q are bi-xenon. If they are then hook up the solenoid to the highbeams and just run it that way. Tap in the highbeams with the lows to run quad.

im thinkin about leaving the high as is with either a white or blue demon eye and adding a bi-xenon E55 projector for the lows

and an off topic question for all, im thinking about making LED blinker side veiw mirrors for the sc, yes? no? or attempt and lets find out? itll have amber blinkers and then a white led under the mirror to turn on when the door opens, sort of like the lights on the newer ford cars (my freestyle has one)

Great job on widening the horizon on SC's high beam retrofitting. I would never have thought of doing Q45 pair in SC's high beams.

Initially, I hated the first pictures with blue lights but I kind of like them installed. It creates sort of a VIP feel for the car (with proper fit and finish). Key words here are proper fit and finish. Luxurious/VIP projector retrofit must be executed with great craftsmanship to fully capitalize on the concept.

Please keep at it, and post up pictures of finished project.
